Joseph may have been given a destiny by God, through his dreams as a young boy tending his father’s sheep and working for his brothers, but it was through his prison years that his character was defined, strengthened, blessed, tested, persevered, favoured, forgotten, revealed. All for such a time as this, so that he would be in the right place, seemingly while being in the very worst place to end up, at the right time.
